Shipping Policy

  • Most of our products are in stock in our warehouse and shipped within 24 business hours. If there's a delay, we'll reach out ASAP. 
  • Your order will be assigned a tracking number and it can be tracked via the USPS website at www.usps.com or UPS. You will be emailed a confirmation that your order has shipped along with the tracking number.  You can also log into your account to view the tracking number.
  • Orders placed after 12 pm CST will be shipped the following day.  We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays.  Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday.
  • We only offer free shipping to the US.  For other countries, please give us a call at (720) 778-0190 or email us hi@shopPiranha.com and we will get you a shipping quote. 
  • Shipments via UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air cost extra. Only select Regular Shipping is free.
  • We do ship to PO boxes, but for anything other than regular free shipping, you'll need a physical address. 

U.S. SHIPPING COSTS PER ORDER:

  • FREE for Regular Shipping (4-6 business days, trackable)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Sent via USPS, cost depends on order weight and region.
  • We assume NO liability once your order has been shipped.
